Turn the Pulse Oximeter on/offPut one of fingers into rubber hole of theOximeter (it is best to put the finger thoroughly)with nail surface upward, then releasing theclamp.
Press power button to turnthe Pulse Oximeter on. Theoximeter will automaticallybe powered off when nofinger in the device forlonger than 8 seconds.Read correspondent data from displayscreen.

Maintenance and PreservationReplace the batteries timely when low voltagelampis on.Clean the surface of fingertip oximeter beforeit is used to diagnose patients.Remove the batteries inside if you will not
operate the Oximeter for a long time.It would be better to preserve the product in -10-40 C(14-104 °F)and humidity is 10%-80%.It is recommended that the product should bekept dry anytime. A wet ambience might affectits lifetime and even damage the product.Please follow the law of the local governmentto deal with used batteries.

1.1Instructions for the Safe Operation andUse of the Finger Pulse Oximeter
Do not attempt to service the pulse oximeter.Only qualified service personnel should attemptany needed internal servicingDo not use the oximeter in situations wherealarms are required.
Prolonged use or the patient's condition mayrequire changing the sensor site periodically.Change sensor site and check skin integrity,circulatory status and correct alignment at leastevery 2 hours.
Sp02 measurements may be adverselyaffected in the presence of high ambient light.Shield the sensor area (with a surgical towel, ordirect sunlight, for example) if necessary.The following reasons will cause interference:High-frequency electrosurgicalPlacement of a sensor on an extremity with ablood pressure cuff arterial catheter, orintravascular line
The patient has hypotension severevasoconstriction severe anemia or hypothermiaThe patient is in cardiac arrest or is in shoe
Fingernail polish or false fingernails maycause inaccurate Sp02 readings
1.2 Warnings
WARNING: EXPLOSION HAZARD--Do not usethe oximeter in a flammable atmosphere whereconcentrations of flammable anestheticsorother materials may occur.
WARNING: Do not throw batteries in fire as thismay causes them to explode.
WARNING: Do not attemptto recharge normaldry-cell batteries, they may leak. And maycause a fire or even explode.
WARNING: Do not use the pulse oximeter in anMRI or CT environment.
CAUTION: Keep the operating environmentfree of dust, vibrations, corrosive, or flammablematerials, and extremes of temperature andhumidity.
CAUTION: The battery must be taken out fromthe battery compartment if the device will not beused for a long time.
CAUTION: Do not operate the unit if it is dampor wet because of condensation or spills. Avoidusing the equipment immediately after moving itfrom a cold environment to a warm, humidlocation.
CAUTION: Never use sharp or pointed objects tooperate the front-panel key.
CAUTION:-The device shall only be used if thebattery cover is closed.CAUTION: The battery must be proper disposedaccording to local' regulation after their use.
